Map

The Map page is the primary workspace in Zeus.ai. After entering a project, you land on the interactive map where you can visualize site locations, explore data layers, and analyze spatial relationships between your sites and surrounding areas.

What You Can Do

• View all sites — see your existing, proposed, and search sites as markers on the map
• Inspect a site — click any site marker on the map to open a site detail tab in the panel; multiple sites can be open at the same time, each in its own tab
• Navigate freely — pan, zoom, tilt, and rotate to explore the geography around your locations
• Search for locations — use the toolbar search bar to navigate to an address, place name, or coordinates; results pan the map and drop a Search pin when appropriate (see Map Search)
• Apply data layers — overlay real-time traffic, transit routes, bicycle paths, and INRIX AADT traffic segments
• Analyze traffic patterns — enable the INRIX Traffic layer to explore annual average daily traffic volumes and hourly patterns by road segment
• Customize appearance — choose from multiple map themes including satellite, dark, and 3D vector styles
• Toggle map features — show or hide points of interest, roads, labels, boundaries, and terrain elements

Navigation Sidebar

The map has a collapsible navigation sidebar that gives quick access to the rest of the application, help resources, and your account settings.

To open or close the sidebar, click the Menu button (☰) in the top-left corner of the map toolbar. The sidebar slides in from the left and can be dismissed by clicking the button again or clicking anywhere outside it.

User Profile

At the bottom of the sidebar your name, email, and initials are shown. Click the profile area to open a dropdown with:

• Theme — switch between Light, Dark, and System (follows your OS setting)
• Sign Out — end your session

Map Controls

Use standard map interactions to navigate:

• Pan — click and drag the map
• Zoom — scroll wheel, pinch gesture, or use the +/− buttons
• Tilt / Rotate — right-click and drag (available on 3D vector themes)
• Drop a search pin — click and hold on any map location for about half a second to place a custom search pin at that point (see Search Pins)

Site Clustering

When many sites are close together on the map, Zeus.ai automatically groups them into a cluster bubble showing a count of the sites it contains. Clusters appear and dissolve as you zoom in and out.

Cluster bubbles are color-coded by size so you can quickly gauge density at a glance:

Purple	1–19 sites
Blue	20–99 sites
Teal	100 or more sites

Click any cluster bubble to zoom into that area and reveal the individual site markers.
